There is a bit of a learning curve but this product is awesome. I hate plucking my eyebrows and I’m allergic to wax, this was very precise and easy to use. You do have to do a few passes but I took my bushy eyebrows to manecured arches in less than 20 mins. I imagine touch ups will be less than 5 mins.

At first I wasn't really getting anywhere, but once I read the instructions and used the circular motion they suggest, it was better. Not the easiest task but it gets the job done.

I’m very self conscious when my brows start to grow out and I was nervous about the salons being shut down during the Coronavirus ick, so I ordered this bad boy after some pals recommended it. The reviews on Amazon were really crappy, but I figured it was cheap enough to give it a shot. Plus, I could always just return it if I hated it. SO pleasantly surprised!!! It just arrived and I used it - great results! It worked well on the longer grown out pieces of hair and the tiny sprouts. Excellent purchase! I highly recommend it to get you through the next few weeks and in between waxes when salons open up again!

Wow! I was hesitant to buy this due to the very mixed reviews. But at almost 70 years old I’m finding it more difficult to tweeze my eyebrows. I occasionally get them waxed when I get a haircut. I received my package last night and just used this for the first time. It was easy to open the package and the instructions were clear. The battery supplied was easy to install and works. I can’t say I think the light actually helps. I stood right at a sliding glass door with a magnifying mirror in my left hand and this gadget in my right hand. I’m happy to report it was much easier to use than I feared and did a good job. I’d say I probably used a back and forth movement rather than circular. I did apply coconut oil after I was done and it’s feeling a little bit sore. But as a first try I’d say this is a winner.

Even having read reviews for this product, I ordered two pens. One to test and one as a backup if the first test failed. Didn't wanna go around with 'half-brow'. I read the instructions thoroughly and familiarized myself with the product before using. I noted, specifically, the instructions for cleaning. Having removed the tip then returned the tip, I understood why users were struggling with the tip (reports of 'popping off'). I found that replacing the tip lacked strong enough indication that the tip was reseated properly. There is the most subtle, nearly undetectable, sensation that the tip is reseated. I took it off and put it back on several times before I picked up on the sensation. You can 'feel' the click that tells you the tip is properly seated but you have to be very aware of what you are 'feeling' for. Actual use of the product is nothing short of impressive. I use it daily. No irritation to the skin and no pulling or tugging. I'm glad I read the reviews. They helped my experience be successful and rewarding. Thank you all for your contributions.

This actually works very well. I can’t use wax or I get a rash for days. And plucking hurts. This is painless, quick and easy. I highly recommend!!!

Overall I give this product 4 stars. If you're like me and plucking is a super painful process you want to get over quickly, this gadget is for you! My eyebrows have never looked this nice. This gadget is basically just an electric razor (think, nose hair trimmer) for your eyebrows. But it makes taking care of unwanted hairs a painless process. Plucking was SUPER painful to me, which made me not want to shape my eyebrows properly. Now, I look forward to shaping my eyebrows with this - I have gotten rid of so many stray hairs I just didn't have the will to pluck before. And I love the light! That said, the hairs do grow back more quickly than if I would pluck them. But for me it's no hassle to go over them with this tool again. PRO TIP: follow the directions and use on clean product-less skin, but go slowly and against the way the hair grows. You might have to go over it a few times, and for stubborn hairs I use tiny circular motions. The reason it only gets 4 stars for me: 1) I'm unsure if I got a used product - I had read that in other reviews and just sanitized the whole thing when I got it, and 2) sometimes it seems to have less power - I just clean it out and it works fine, or tilt it to catch the hair in a different angle that works. I would purchase this again though!

I have been using this for the past 2 months and am happy to have given this a try. I have a very sensitive skin and thin eyebrows so threading or waxing causes extreme pain and rash. Going to salon for eyebrow shaping has always been a nightmare experience for me. Am glad i found this product. Very easy to use and more importantly zero pain. It serves the purpose of removing the stray hair. The finish is not same as threading or waxing. Roots are seen a little when looked closely. But for a person like me with light eyebrow this surely serves the purpose. Follow the instruction as is. Gently roll it and not drag it. Have to use in the same spot multiple times. I have used it for upper lip too.It works even more perfectly here than eyebrows. After using it for the first time i was a bit worried if my upper lip hair growth would be thicker or rough . Fortunately it was not. I use it about once in 15 days and am surely loving this!

I like it very much. Did a great job on my brows and even above my lip. I saw an earlier review that one person said the tip kept popping off. Well after I used mine I did as recommended and use the brush to clean the unit. I put the top back on and turned it back on and the head popped off. Not the products fault I thought I had screwed the top back on properly, I hadn’t,it needed one more little click to make it secure.

This little gizmo does work but it take a couple of tries to really get the hang of it. I do think this is worth it. I am not the type of person to go and get their eyebrows waxed so this really does the trick and it's better then plucking I would like to address the popping off cap. When I first received this I took it apart to see if it had been used like one review said, mine was clearly new and clean I then put everything back together and I did notice the top was now a little loose although it did not pop off. I then went and shaved my stray hairs and then wanted to see if it was really working, so once again I remove the top and did see hairs in the top portion. I cleaned with the little brush provided and placed the cap back on, and THIS is where I see the issue. This time I really gave it a nice firm twist left to lock in place and I hard a little click where the top "locks" in! You have to turn the top to the left until you hear it locked. No more issues with a loose top, and this gizmo works great.

My daughter and I talked to family members and friends who shared they have bought this and works. We were skeptical. We have amazon rewards from the holidays and decided to buy two. One of the two we got was much slower than the other. We replaced the battery and same effect. It was returned. The whole process to return and receive our replacement was fast! We love these and they work!!!! Instructions says go circular motions— we have found moving from the temple towards center of the face seems to work more successfully for us.

I love this little razor! I have the Flawless Finisher so I was already aware of what this was for but, wow...this makes getting my brows trimmed (over & under) SO easy! No more waxing, no more extreme pain! Simple, painless and convenient. Cannot ask for anymore than that!
